What is required:

Dough:

  • fat milk, preferably, of course, natural - a glass;
  • butter (not margarine, not spread) - 150 g;
  • large eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • sand - sugar - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • sifted flour, premium - 5 tbsp .;
  • table salt - tsp;
  • yeast (sublimated) - half a sachet.

Filling:

  • chicken egg - 3 pcs.;
  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • cabbage - a quarter of a head of cabbage.

What to do:

  1. We take a stew-pan and pour milk there, put butter, granulated sugar and salt.
  2. We put on the stove, hold until the butter is completely melted.
  3. Remove from the stove, let cool.
  4. Add a couple of large eggs to the milk mixture. Punch with a mixer / blender to a homogeneous consistency.
  5. Take a deep bowl / dish, pour a couple of glasses of sifted wheat flour there and add a bag of freeze-dried yeast.
  6. Pour the previously obtained mixture from the stewpan there, stir well with a mixer / blender. In the process, add the flour until the dough sticks out of the hands. But it does not have to be tough.

  • fresh white cabbage - 300 g;
  • onion-turnip - 1 large onion;
  • ground pepper - 2 g;
  • salt - 2 g;
  • refined oil for frying - 100 g;
  • large chicken egg - 5 pcs.;
  • green onions - a large bunch;
  • butter for frying - 50 g.

What to do:

We prepare all the components of the filling in the same way as in the basic recipe, just fry it with the addition of green onions, cool, mix with chopped boiled eggs.

  • chicken egg - 1 pc.;
  • margarine / spread - 50 g;
